Hey listeners!:) Let's talk about handling school gossip, behind-the-scenes fun facts about how the character of Paris was created, and what happens when your parents come to homeroom with you... 

Here is the recipe I used for the Recipe of the Week. Feel free to try it out and let me know how it went!

Sautéed Zucchini (in honor of Jackson's genetically modified zucchini tush lol!):

• Slice 1 zucchini into 1/4 inch thick slices. 
• Heat 3 tbsp of olive oil in a pan on medium-low heat.
• Once it's sizzling, add the slices of zucchini. Be careful as it will splatter! I used a splatter guard.
• After 3 minutes, flip over each slice (or when you notice it getting a golden color). Cook for another 2-3 minutes on the second side.
• Using tongs, put each piece onto a plate. Serve with any main course you'd like!
