Description

What a very dramatic start to a new relationship! Will all be forgiven? :)

Here are the recipes I used for the Recipe of the Week. Feel free to try them out and let me know how they went!

Banana Bread (adapted from www.natashaskitchen.com)

· In a bowl, whisk together 1 stick of room temperature butter and 1/4 cup of honey.

· Add 1.5 (or 2) bananas to the bowl and mash them completely with a fork.

· Add 2 eggs to the bowl and whisk together.

· Add 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda and 1/2 tsp of salt to the bowl and mix gently.

· Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract (and some walnut pieces or chocolate chips if you want).

· Pour into a loaf pan with parchment paper on the bottom. You can sprinkle extra walnuts/chocolate chips on top if you want.

· Bake at 350F for 55 minutes. Enjoy!
