PsydeShow is taking the helm this week and he's bringing along his friend Austin for the ride! We're discussing Swallow, a 2019 American psychological horror directed by Carlo Mirabella-Davis. The film follows Hunter, a newly pregnant housewife, who is struggling with both pica and finding a way of keeping her husband's business-obsessed family happy. A slow burn that still manages to keep the viewer on edge, it explores the psychology behind this particular disorder as we follow the protagonist's journey to find autonomy over her own body.
