Donna is on board today to speak about movement and the importance of having consistency in moving the body daily in order to regulate our joints and make sure we can go about in our daily living. For many of us, exercise is a big part of a weight loss solution. 

Donna and I would like to bring a different perspective to movement i.e. it can be fun, something you actually enjoy rather than push yourself to do, it can heal emotions and old trauma and it can bring better posture and alignment to your body.
