Hannah Stoffel is a certified Health Coach trained through Dr Sear’s Wellness Institute and I met her through our business group. She draws from personal experience when dealing with acne and is now helping her clients to do the same in a holistic way. Acne is just one of the symptoms of PCOS but can contribute very much to low self esteem and a lack of confidence. How do you deal with your acne?

- Doing your own research and not following blindly to anyone on social media about their skincare regime

- Seeking out professional help when needed

- Looking at other solutions for acne including diet and lifestyle factors such as stress management

- There is no one cause of acne, therefore there is no one solution to acne
