- Pay attention to light exposure

- Our cortisol and melatonin levels are in a dance

- Choose activities that help you calm down and stay present

- Look at the temperature in your room

- Open the windows to have ventilation

- Don't go to bed hungry!

- Try to have your dinner 3 hours bed time

- Avoid foods which contain sugars and MSG before bed

- Use the time before bed to reflect on your day and feel your feelings
