The untimely deaths of Isabella Ruxton and Mary Rogerson took place on September 15, 1935. Their dismembered bodies were discovered in a ravine over two weeks after their deaths and Buck Ruxton, Isabella's husband and a well liked local surgeon, is the prime suspect. This case helped bring forensic science techniques to the forefront of criminal investigations, specifically in the UK.
