As well as writing books, Mercedes works in the criminal justice system, providing her unique insight into the world of prisons, crime and offenders. The combination is so cool! Janika and Mercedes discuss her journey into writing and success in traditional publishing. They then touch on comparison, self-limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome.
