Being intentional about rest isn't easy for anyone these days. The last few years and set us all a little off balance and the need for that rest has become even more apparent. Lynn Aurélie this week talks about how for creatives in particular, that rest is similar but different. As a photographer, her hobby is her job, you know what they say "If you love what you do, you will work all the time, never eat, never sleep, and lose your mind slowly" or something like that.
