In this podcast episode we discuss the 2nd Amendment & the states that are becoming “Constitutional Carry” states meaning no permit required which I believe at last count is 24 states & others that are likely to go that way in the foreseeable future. While I’m a big gun guy & like the idea of Constitutional Carry I have my reservations when it comes to dropping the requirement of basic training at least for the initial purchase & I’m dead set again the elimination of a criminal background check & notification to police officers you encounter that you are armed. I support the right of all law abiding citizens to carry open or concealed however without a quick criminal background check you open the floodgates to criminals.
