Caitlin Oakley, founder and sole operator of Siello Designs, is a fellow co-worker of mine who holds a passion for creating colourful statement jewellery for her market stalls and online business across Melbourne. Founded during the infamous COVID lockdowns of 2020, Caitlin needed something to do during her isolation and stumbled across the creative way of utilising polymer clay to create statement earrings for all ages.
To this day, her small hobby has cultivated a community of around 24 thousand followers on Instagram, crazy for her extremely popular earrings that “will turn heads”. Caitlin and I dive deep into the rigours of entrepreneurship; her motivation and things that keep her ‘ticking’, the things that inspire her and how she manages her wellbeing and lifestyle alongside Siello.
I am beyond excited for you all to listen to my chat with Caitlin, her creative prowess and how she affords to balance Siello and the other factors in her life really illustrate her entrepreneurship and determination as an individual and I am so fortunate to have been able to sit down and chat with her.
