IN 2006, an anonymous 4chan poster posted a comprehensive list of 47 rules of the internet while they were bored with being existence. 14 years later, and 3 different improvements on the list of rules, we look back the cringe that the rules of the internet represent and then we go off tangents to understand why they hold up to this day and how have they manifested in the abyss of the web.
