How do you bring about change in the real world? Tash sat down with federal member for Cooper Ged Kearney to discuss just that. She talked about her efforts to change asylum seeker policy in Australia, as well as campaigning for worker's rights.
Ged was a delight to speak to - she was open, honest, told some really great stories, and didn't have any of the characteristics you would expect from a 'typical' politician. No three word slogans, no dodging questions, no repeating party lines ad nauseum. She also gave some excellent tips for managing change at a federal level which can easily be applied to how we lead change in the corporate world.
