The protagonist of the story is a boy who is preparing for his 10th class exams. For the preparation he is sent to stay at relatives (to a big city) where he can get resources and accomplish his dreams. His life gets an unexpected turn when he meets kulwinder, another tenant living at the premises.
He associates with her and both of them bloom in one another's presence. Finally the day comes when he gives his 10th class exam and is about to leave; kulwinder takes his word to come back after the results. Would he come back? Will he meet her? These things need introspection while listening to this story...
