Interview with graduate student employees of the University of Alaska about the history of their unionization effort (AGWA/UAW), the initial steps they took to communicate with other grad students, why unionization is important, and their relationship to larger national unions and to other unions within UA. We also discuss and debunk some of the anti-union messaging.
