Jonathan Bellingham is a 3rd generation co-owner of Capon Springs & Farms resort where he has served as Director of Guest Relations for last 37 years. Whether it is in a work capacity with Capon guests, the hospitality and spa industry as a whole or through his many passions including church, distance running, reflexology, wedding celebrant, EMS or now FlingGolf, Jonathan thrives in community.
In the FlingGolf world he goes by the nickname, OctaJon Flingman, which comes from residing in an 19th century octagonal house and playing with a one of a kind octagonal shaped Flingstick head. While he has set course records all over the state of WV by “liberating” them, his proudest achievement is shooting par on his own home course, twice. His future goal as a FlingGolf ambassador is to introduce the sport to Iceland and Normandy, France, when he travels to those places in late spring of 2023.
