Earlier this morning news broke that the Michigan Wolverines were under investigation by the NCAA for allegedly stealing signs illegally from opposing teams. This marks the 2nd NCAA investigation conducted within the year, as Jim Harbaugh is still under investigation for recruiting violations that took place during the 2021 season and the COVID year. Michigan State Football was offered an option to cancel this matchup, but thankfully they announced they would take the field against Michigan at 7:30 PM EST. Michigan State's hope for competing in this game is their new starting quarterback Katin Houser, who is 27/45 for 291 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 1 interception this season. The Wolverines have elite players at every position and are the most efficient team in the country, but that does not mean the Spartans cannot pull off an upset. My prediction for this game is Michigan wins 56-7 in Spartan Stadium. The Spartans are gassed after blowing two Big Ten road games back to back, and I don't think they will be able to punch above their weight class this Saturday.
