Michigan Football's Mike Sainristil slipped and allowed Rutgers wide receiver Christian Dremel to take a 69-yard reception to the house for a touchdown. After that play, Sainristil, along with the rest of the Wolverines, played a near-flawless game of College Football. Mike Sainristil later collected an interception and returned it for 6 points in the 3rd quarter. On offense, JJ McCarthy went 15/21 for 214 yards and 1 touchdown through the air, appearing to return to his Week 1 and Week 2 self. McCarthy was cool, calm, and accurate, and the entire offense, especially tight end Colston Loveland and running back Blake Corum, flourished. I think Rutgers Football is a solid team this year, but Michigan outmatched them despite Gavin Wimsatt's and Kyle Monangai's best efforts. This is another game where Michigan scores around 30-35 points, holds their opponents to under 10 and looks like one of College Football's elite teams. However, we must keep our reactions guarded, as Michigan Football has yet to face a ranked team this season and there are position groups that need to receive attention, such as offensive tackle and special teams.
