The Nebraska Cornhuskers will be entering year two of the Matt Rhule era. Rhule is a proven program builder, which is exactly what Nebraska Football needed after Scott Frost's 15-31 run from 2018-2022. Every year since I have made predictions on this channel I have predicted Nebraska Football to win six games or more every year, and overshooting every time. So, what is their ceiling this year? I believe the Cornhuskers can win eight, nine, or even ten games this year if their offense can make great strides at the quarterback and the offensive line position, and if the defense can level up from a great 2023 season. Nebraska returns 77% of their 2023 production and star players such as running back Emmett Johnson, tight end Thomas Fidone, center Ben Scott, defensive tackle Nash Hutmacher, cornerback Tommi Hill, and cornerback Malcolm Hartzog return too.
