Food tracking can become yet another obsession with numbers.
It can become overwhelming....calorie numbers, macro numbers, scale numbers, heart rate monitor numbers and on and on and on.

Have a learning attitude when you track, then you can step away from it. Try pre-logging or post-logging your food for a whole day. Test yourself. When you get a handle on guessing well, take a few days out of the week not to log at all.

It's never about being perfect, it's about being consistent. If you are obsessed with perfection, you often change things so there is no consistency!

See where you are right now before making any changes. Track your food now for a few weeks before cutting anything so you have a baseline starting point. Then you know where to go.

Go into tracking for fat loss with the intentions of stopping.
Learn how to eat naturally and reach your goals without logging.
