Use the MFP pie chart to make sure you hit your WEEKLY goals, and move away from the "almost" mentality.
You may want to set your macro goal/percentages higher, in case you fall short, then you are still at a decent macro intake to maintain your desired goal.
Be sure you are checking the "Week View" on your MFP (Myfitnesspal) app to get the "real" picture of how you are doing for the ENTIRE week.
Do NOT stress about the day-to-day. Just understand how your meal affects your day, and your day affects your week. This will prevent having a "BAD" week. That way you do not get into an ALL or NOTHING mentality, but just know you will be able to make it all come together and enjoy the things you love...(i.e. CHOCOLATE! ;)
