We recommend every 4 weeks of dieting taking 1 week off. 

In as little as 8 weeks, your body will adapt to that deficit, so you need to remind your body of what maintenance is.

Make sure you eat at TDEE (maintenance level calories) every 4 weeks for one whole week. Completely off dieting.

If you don't, your body will adapt. Take those diet breaks!

Plan them into your life. 

If you've dieted for a long time, you may want to take a whole month off, or even look at doing a metabolism reset.
