This week's episode of On Location comes to you from Virginia and North Carolina. Join Mariellen Keely (Virginia Child Support) as she hosts Taylor Ashe (Policy Program Consultant, Virginia Child Support) to discuss his January NCSEA CSQ Article: “Behavioral Economics and Attracting Customers to the IV-D Program.” Taylor explains how, with the help of his colleagues on the NCSEA Research Sub-Committee, they wrote this article based on Richard Thaler's book Nudge and the concepts included there. Some of the topics they chatted about were default options, being nice and how it all relates to the way we interact with our customers. Taylor provides some tools for centering our
services on the needs of the families we serve.
