Each year, On Location features “spotlight” interviews with individuals or program teams who have made significant contributions to the child support program. In this podcast, Pat O’Donnell of YoungWilliams and Brandi Gallebo of Franklin County Child Support Enforcement Agency co-host a conversation with the NCSEA 2022 Emerging Leader, Alexis Ramirez. Everyone embarks on a varied path to reach their current role and Alexis is no exception. The experiences and knowledge that he has gained in his career to date have enabled him to implement workflow automation tools, making the child support program more approachable for program participants as well as improve information used by the child support program team.
