This episode is hosted by Tim Lightner (Alaska Child Support Services Division) as he welcomes the immediate past-president and current president of our sister organization, the Western Intergovernmental Child Support Engagement Council, better known as WICSEC. Our guests includes Veronica Riley, who is the current president of WICSEC. Veronica is the Assistant Director for the Department of Child Support Services in San Joaquin County, California. Also on the program is Ellen Rutledge, who is the immediate past-president of WICSEC. Ellen is the Director of Professional Development for YoungWilliams. They talk about all-things WICSEC, including it's history, the recent 2021 Annual Training Conference; and how the organization supports the child support community.
