In this episode, Josh shares his incredible coaching journey with our listeners, taking them through the many stops in Division 1 and Division 3. Josh served as an assistant coach at Hamilton, St. Lawrence, Williams, Lafayette, Rutgers, and Loyola. He had a very successful coaching stint at Stevens Tech as well, leading the team to record breaking seasons with 23 wins in both years. Josh just finished his third season at Johns Hopkins University, where he has led the Blue Jays to 3 championship appearances in 3 years, capturing 2 Centennial Conference titles. Enjoy!
