A shorter video today, toothache means ouchiness & less smiles from me, and i'm off to the emergency dentist as I type - so blinking grateful!
Quick update on the dentist thing now I'm home - yup, it was an emergency tooth extraction & as I came out of the dentists room one of my friends happened to be in the same surgery for a check up & gave me a lift home - so blinking grateful!
It can be really easy at this time of the year to get caught up in the doom, gloom and rubbishness that can be this time of year - this is a reminder that it is possible to feel a bit lighter from within, no matter what is going on around you - so if you are feeling down in the dumps and as if it is all too much at the moment, huge huge, huge hugs - please know that things will shift along the way,
