How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? How are you feeling? How are you? I hope you have had a wonderful week - I hope your soul is filled up with love, happiness, kindness, I hope you are well. How are you finding it as the days start to draw in? It can be harder as the days start to get shorter and being mindful of this can help, as you can take steps to help your soul as winter draws in - for example if you have a sad lamp, pull it out and switch in on every morning, taking a vitamin d tablet daily, getting out for a walk at lunchtime so that you see daylight - these small steps can make a big difference come winter solstice and January. Be kind to yourself if you have darker days - know that the light will return, as we walk towards Winter Solstice we get closer to the light returning - so hold onto that image beautifully.
