How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? I hope you had the most amazing week, and are enjoying any breathers you get at the moment so much,
It's a little different this weeks Message, I'm honoured to be part of a small, yet beautiful global Spiritual Women's Circle, three of our Sisters live in Israel & so ebery night this week we have gathered as a group to bear witness to their stories, it's been hard hearing what is happening there First hand and an honour to do so, their capacity for love in a time of hate is humbling, 
If you have any friends or family in the region, on either side of the borders, sending you so much love & compassion, it's just awful, 
Last week we had the Peace card, before yet another war broke out, and this week we have the same card, poignant indeed,
