How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? How are you feeling? I hope you are doing well, take a deep breath and feel into your body, 
I hope that you had a wonderful weekend, and found the right balance of doing & rest for you, I had a great  weekend seeing friends & family, mixed in with an entire day just for me, it was bliss!
I am speaking to quite a few people at the moment who are feeling a sense of wanting to shift their lives around at the moment, some are scared of what might happen if they do - and some 'aren't quite sure what they want to do when they grow up' 
So much so, I'm considering running some training on rediscovering who you are at the core, after the past few years - if that's resonating please let me know as I'd love to know if there is demand for this at the moment,
