How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? I hope you had the most amazing week - we are hurtling towards Christmas aren't we! How did that happen?
I mentioned in my video that my puddy cat Jasper had an operation this week, I am pleased to say his operation went well and he is doing so well now, hurrah indeed,
Preparing him for his operation reminded me of how often those of us who care deeply about others and the world can put ourselves at the bottom of the list sometimes, because that is who we are at the core - and then we have to remember to bring ourselves up the list sometimes,
I had to keep both my boys in, I was so worried about them - they hate it when they get locked in for any reason usually - I told them why of course, and kept them in - and then worried about them! Meanwhile, they were absolutely fine, curled up, went to sleep, no arguments or rattling the catflap in protest, as has happened in the past,
So, it was me that kept waking up to check up on them, it was me that worried, not them - it got me thinking about how sometimes we can worry about people and situations out of our control, when actually everything is ok, and we can rest the worry at our feet for awhile - if this is a timely reminder to rest your worries about others down, I hope it serves you well,
