How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? How are you feeling? I hope you are doing ok,
I'm still sore following my emergency tooth extraction last week, so it's a pink & white fluffy dressing gown, messy hair kind of video from me this week - and oh my - the release I felt when the amazing dentist pulled out my infected tooth was incredible! It got me thinking, as busy human beings we can get caught up just trying to get through every day that we don't notice the infections building up in our worlds - by stopping to take stock of what no longer serves us, whst is perhaps infecting our happiness, what we are ready to release - it can make all the difference,
Even though it can be painful & bumpy in the short term,
