How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? How are you feeling?
As you can see from my video I have been walking my talk and doing self care for meeeeee too and am feeling soooooooo much more like me after the past few videos!
Oh my goodness, our Glastonbury Day, my Glastonbury weekend, so so so so so beautiful, so restoring, so enriching and so blinking wonderful!
Being in nature, being out in the open reminded me just how much I love serving clients, 1-1, in nature, in sacred places, upon sacred land in a truly unique way. Each 1-1 day is different, each is tailored to who steps into the space, and each is utterly magical,
In fact, I love serving in this way so much, I have opened up 6 more days, for 6 more magical beings of light this year, I am being called to run one in Avebury, and I think a day in the woodland is calling someone - we shall see, anyways - if you think one of these spots is calling you, please drop me an email and we shall have a chat about it!
I so hope that I have been real this year as I have talked about my emergency dental work, clearing my Dads house out, the long days sat on the M25 in traffic - hopefully I have shown you that my life is not always roses and walked my talk there.
I so hope that I have served you by showing you that it is absolutely not always roses and flowers in my life - and that I very much walk my talk as I go along in life, here is the link to the mindfulness course I mention,
