How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? I so hope you are so well - I hope you have as magical a week as possible.
For me I am having a reflective week, having had three family bereavements since March, I am just starting to process the deeper emotions - and I am extremely grateful I do what I do as being able to nurture my soul with self care, meditation, mindfulness, magic has been everything. On reflection my summer has been a balance of enjoying life as much as possible whilst giving myself space to grieve and honour the souls who left us this year.
The attitude of gratitude can come across a bit corny sometimes - and it has really really helped me in my lowest hours as we mourned the three family members as they passed - if you are having a tough time at the moment I can't recommend it enough - from being grateful to my puddy cats who snuggled to me as I wept, to the tea that warmed by body and soothed my soul, to the music that lifted my spirits at each festival I attended, to the internet for allowing me to serve customers from around the globe both in 1-1 sessions and pre-recorded modules for courses, that were as fresh as the day they were recorded (which helped SO much) all of that gratitude has helped me so much,
So, if you are having a rough ride at the moment, try it and see if it soothes your soul too - if it doesn't all good, try something else, as they say, no harm in trying!
