Thank you so very much for all my get well soon messages last week after my poorly tooth, so very much appreciated - the timing has not been lost on me that I'm finishing off clearing Dad's house out at the moment - energetic & physical worlds collide as always, and it's Bern a case of walking my talk with self care woven in,
