How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? I hope you had the most amazing week, and are enjoying your August beautifully, 

I am feeling into the message of the last few weeks, tune into the cycle of the season & taking some beautiful rest time in nature this week, so this weeks video comes to you from a beautiful vista, with a me that is recovering from being at a festival last weekend, so if you watch this weeks video enjoy giggling at me forgetting the word 'announcements'!
