How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? I so hope you are so well - I hope you have been enjoying some magical times this August, I hope it has not been too hectic for you and that you have had some pockets of breathing space amongst it all,
I hope you have given yourself some compassion and kindness if you have lost your rag with kids/family members/bosses/partners as you walked through this August - everyone loses their temper at times (yes, even me!) and to honour the parts of you that you are not so proud of is as important as honouring the parts of you that you are proud of - I am being guided to weave in some of this work to our Goddess Retreat in November, I will feel into the space, the energy and the amazing souls who join us nearer the time - and honouring ourselves as a whole, warts and all is so very healing in its own right,
