How are you? How are you getting on? How has your week been? How are you feeling? I hope you are doing well, take a deep breath and feel into your body,
Sending so much love to you, Happy Easter - I hope you are getting so many moments of joy, abundance and rest in your life this weekend. I hope that you are feeling the love of the Universe this weekend and are doing ok,
For me it is a mixture of both, some restoration time at home and some time with family and friends - balance for me this weekend, which will be lovely,
However your weekend is flowing, I hope it serves your soul beautifully and that you enjoy it so very much,

Being in nature in Glastonbury a few weekends ago, being out in the open reminded me just how much I love serving clients, 1-1, in nature, in sacred places, upon sacred land in a truly unique way. Each 1-1 day is different, each is tailored to who steps into the space, and each is utterly magical,
