How was August for you? How is September? Sending you a big hug if you have had a rocky time, and a big hug if you have had an amazing time - and a big hug if you could just use one right now,
When I sit and reflect back, as I often do at the beginning of September - August for me was full of highs and lows, I went to lots of music events, festivals, I went to see Abba Voyage, incredible - some magical highs.
And some lows, in August we had 2 family bereavements, so 3 family bereavements for us since March - so it has been emotional. So it has been a time of reflection, a time of highs, a time of lows, a time of processing - and a reminder of what's important in life. A reminder that what is often pumped out of the news channels is not always important in the grand scheme of things.
I am so grateful I do what I do, so have implemented some self care techniques to help me get through some pretty challenging times - and breathe huh!
