In this episode, Dr. Carly is joined by Roy Choquette, a veteran in the health and fitness industry with a passion for corrective exercise, injury prevention and mobility and recovery. Roy has been active in the education and exercise science fields for 15+ years, and has inspired others while working as a collegiate exercise science program director, corrective exercise specialist, martial arts instructor and anatomy and physiology teacher. Currently an international presenter and Mobility Master Coach for RAD Roller, he designs and leads learner-focused education courses based on research-based training techniques.
