In this episode we talk about something that everyone knows well, the fear of missing out. We've all been there, but how do we cope with it? Emma and Vanessa share their stories of when they experienced fomo at it's worst, and how they've learned now to instead embrace JOMO (joy of missing out). Some tips include having friends that make you feel secure in your friendship, listening to your gut feeling, and embracing that if you were meant to be somewhere, then you would be there.
