In this episode we talk about our tips for how to start running. We've had some people ask us for our advice, and we are finally giving it to you! We are both long distance runners who have ran multiple half marathons & a marathon together, and we started by running just 1 mile. We talk about fueling, starting small, what we listen to while running, and so much more.
