At this time of year when we quite often start miserable low calorie diets that realistically we are never going to stick to, so we thought we'd come together an offer a different perspective on calorie counting as a form of losing fat. As an online coach I often see Calorie counting get a bad rep, likely thats because you've done it before on low calories, without the correct support on how to fill those calories.
