Jessica Griffith is one of the more popularly known CrossFit Games athletes over the last several years. Making her debut at the 2015 Games, Jessica's best finish was a team silver medal in 2019. In 2022 she's now retired from competitive CrossFit and just recently became a first-time mother with her husband, and CrossFit / weightlifting competitor, Austin Cahoy.
