Following his Best Picture win with Birdman, The Revenant is a vastly different film from director Alejandro G. Iñárritu. It sees frontiersman Hugh Glass (Leonardo DiCaprio) fight for his survival after a bear attack, and eventually seek out revenge on his son's killer Fitzpatrick (Tom Hardy).
