In this world of technology and the pandemic of COVID-19 more and more children are involved in sedentary life styles. Virtual learning keeps kids from recess and physical education and the idea of riding a bike almost seems foreign to most kids. More importantly kids don't realize the importance of lifelong fitness and what it looks like. In this episode I explore why it's important for kids to get fit and stay fit and how a positive body image can improve self esteem, build confidence, and more importantly prevent one from being bullied.
