Speech pathology is as broad of a field as you can imagine! It can feel a bit big at times, but sit down to hear what this career path is and why you should choose it. The biggest benefit of joining is the flexibility to work in many settings and with many populations as well as improve people's communication and overall quality of life. We also talk about advocating and how to make your voice heard to improve treatment and the field as a whole. Hop in, especially if you are new to the field (or not in the field at all), to gain a whole new understanding of SLPs before we do a deep dive into all of these areas and the assessment/treatment of LITERALLY everything!
