Early in my career when a recruiter called me I took their call because that meant I have skills that another company wants... it's nice to be wanted. However, over the years, I've learned, that not all recruiters are the same. As it turns out, there are ones that talk a good talk, but they are not considering your best interest when discussing new opportunities.
