DTTW is back with a fresh episode to kick off the New Year! We shake things up a little with our first episode with a format change and from this point on, everything you know about The Down to the Wire Podcast has been flipped on its head... Well at least the format of the show has.
We kick it off much the same with a welcome back intro that takes us into our 'Back Page News' with headlines such as; 'Family of alligators in Detroit greet police serving eviction notice' (14:21), 'Man stuck in snow breaks into school, spends 2 days cooking, shooting hoops' (22:15) & 'What did we get stuck in our rectums last year?' (31:57) And then we move into some new segments to cap off the show. That's right, segments are back and better than ever.
This week we have three including 'OTTible', an Ottawa based news segment (44:06). 'Front Page News', the opposite of Back Page News (50:42). And 'Soap Box', a segment where we talk about ourselves (57:44).
