This week was a great topic and one that I hear all the time and not being able to sleep better at night. I have been in your shoes and its not a nice feeling at all.
Those damn hormones that we don't seem to know much about but what I do know is that sleep does affect them more then we realise.

Being able to have a good nights sleep is going to help so many areas in your life including how you function at work, support your kids and family and being able to take care of your well-being better which includes make better food and choices which has a huge impact with sleep.
